Screen printing has been the standard for custom apparel decoration. Pricing is based on quantity, number of locations and colors per location. Each color requires it's own screen which needs film to create a stencil on the screen. This then is setup on the press.

Our screen printing service has the following capabilities:

• 7 colors on white or lights

• 5 colors + white underlay on colored shirts (5 color plus 2 whites)

• maximum print size of 13"w X 16"h

• print on a variety of apparel & fabrics

• PMS color matching & custom color matching

• fast production with our new automatic printing press

We have two full color direct-to-garment digital presses. This is sometimes known as direct-on-garment, direct-to-apparel or just digital printing. Here is some general information about our presses.

Dye Sublimation is another full color printing solution. This is a transfer type of printing method. There is no feel to the print and is permanently in the garment.

To avoid any art charges, here are some general guidelines. Contact us about your specific project to discuss the art requirements as different decoration methods have diffferent art requirements.

• Supply ALL art/images in RGB color mode.

• Art should be Camera Ready; Colors separated, choked under-base layer (-.005") if going on colored shirts.

• Layered Photoshop or Illustrator files are preferred. Just as good are .PDF, .WMF, .SVG and .EPS formats. We can work with .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .cmx, .png, .pcd, .pxr, .tif, .pct and many more..

• Images should be a minimum of 150 dpi at final printing dimensions. We prefer images to be between 200 and 300 dpi at final print size. Just remember, bigger IS better when it comes to dpi. We can print from lower resolution files with decent results in some cases but it's not recommended.
