All prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. "Pre-print" orders are generally shipped the same day they are processed, usually within 2-3 business days of order submission. Custom orders average about 7 to 10 business days from final approval.


EXCHANGE POLICY
30 day guarantee

We do our best to make sure that the items we ship are free from defects. On rare occasions things are missed. If your shirt has a defect within 30 days of the date your order was shipped, we guarantee that we will replace it free of charge.

Before ordering, please verify the sizes of garment you will need. When in doubt, order the next size up. We will not pay for shipping in either direction for size exchanges. To make an exchange you MUST follow these instructions:

  1. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS IT ARRIVES. Read what defects are covered.
     

  2. Go to the Contact Us page and fill out the contact form. Be sure to include in the form your contact information, invoice number, and describe the defect. At our discretion, we may request you to email us a photo of the defect before proceeding with an exchange.
     

  3. We will send you an email back with an Exchange Invoice. Print this invoice and include it with the item being returned, and put it in its original packaging.
     

  4. We will schedule a pick-up of the item.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
30 day guarantee

CUSTOM DECORATED ITEMS:
CANNOT BE RETURNED,  EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. Only house credit or replacement is available. We are not liable for replacing customer supplied items. Please plan for a 2% spoilage on your order.

PRE-PRINT LINE:
We have a 30 day money-back guarantee. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on ALL returns. Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable on returns. You are responsible for shipping back to us. We will not accept returns if the item has been used or worn unless there is a
defect covered by this policy.

Things NOT covered are as follows:

  • staining incurred from its use

  • tears or holes in garment from abuse

  • damage to garment or decoration from not following the care instructions on the garment

  • shrinkage; shirts are 100% cotton and may shrink with washing even though they are "preshrunk"

 

Defects covered are constituted as follows:

  • seams coming apart on the garment during normal use

  • holes in the garment from normal use

  • any part of the image washing out or bleeding while following the care instructions on the garment

  • visible ink deposits away from image area
