We can pull images from just about anything.

  • Bring in your photographic print, negative, business card, letterhead, memory card, or CD.
  • Email your images to us after you complete the contact form and submit it.
  • Upload images directly to our website to eliminate email server error problems because of large files. You do need an email address for this to set up an account, but you only need an internet connection and access to the file to upload it.

File formats: Please contact us if you plan on doing your own art so we can discuss what your specific needs will be.

  • All art for digital printing should be in RGB mode. Art for screen printing should be in CMYK mode.
  • Images should be a minimum of 150 dpi at final printing dimensions. We prefer images to be between 200 and 300 dpi at final print size. Just remember, bigger IS better when it comes to dpi. We can print from lower resolution files with decent results but it's not recommended.
  • We prefer .AI files. Just as good are .PDF, .WMF, .PSD and .EPS formats.
  • We can work with .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .cmx, .png, .pcd, .pxr, .tif, .pct and many more. These files may incur you art charges unless they are ready to print.

Special information for printing on colored textiles.

To print digitally on colored garments/textiles, we need to create an underbase of white ink. Below is what we will need.

  • To print something with a solid fill (ie, photographs) there is not as much of a need for special requirements.

  • To print images where the shirt is supposed to show through in the printed image area (ie, text or some art) the underbasing is much more complicated. We need one of a couple things for these images.
    A) Art supplied as vector art in a pdf, ai, wmf or cmx format.
    B) OR two versions of the art in a raster format. One with a black canvas and one with a white canvas. If supplying this way, make sure it is at least 300 dpi at final print size.

It may be worth your money to have us create the art for you to make sure you get a good clean image.
